You pay for the two things that cost us money, storage and sending, at about three times what they cost us. Mailboxes and domains cost nothing extra.

What would it cost you?
Move the sliders, or start from an example. The price is the same whether an email leaves from a mailbox or from your app.
Why prices by use
Storage and sending are what PineMail pays for as you use it: disk on our servers in Finland and Sweden, and Amazon SES for each email that leaves. We charge about three times that cost. The difference pays for running the service and building it further, and the price moves with your use instead of with a package.
An extra mailbox or domain costs us almost nothing, so it costs you nothing. A company with support@, info@ and a few people, or a developer with an app on each of several domains, pays for the mail they store and send, not for the addresses.
When storage fills up
- All mailboxes and projects on an account draw from the same storage. Nothing is split per mailbox.
- Mail keeps arriving. A message whose attachment does not fit is still delivered and stored, and the attachment is marked as skipped in the file list.
- Before an upload is refused, PineMail removes mail attachments older than 30 days that you have not starred or pinned, down to 90 percent of the quota.
- Starring or pinning a file keeps it out of that cleanup. Nothing you have marked is removed.
- At the quota, new uploads stop until you free space or move to a larger plan.
Prices include VAT. Enterprise is sold to businesses and excludes VAT. The figures are provisional and are confirmed before card payment opens. Until then, paid accounts are set up on request. Card payment opens after the storage server is in place.
